At first I thought of a lemon-mustard sauce to serve it with. It surely would have been lovely as well. But since I had some coconut milk and oranges left I decided to go towards an asian combo instead of a french one. A touch of ginger and garlic rounded off the dish nicely.<\/p>\n<p>If you are vegan or vegetarian just swap salmon for tofu.<\/p>\n<p>And here we go:<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Fish:<\/em><br \/>\n2 salmon filets (with or without skin)<br \/>\n50 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 garlic clove (minced)<br \/>\n1 tsp freshly grated ginger<\/p>\n<p><em>Orange-coconut sauce:<\/em><br \/>\n100 ml coconut milk<br \/>\n60 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)<br \/>\n1 tsp curry paste<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp honey<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp freshly grated ginger<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp minced garlic<br \/>\n1 tsp vinegar<br \/>\n1 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n<p>200 gr beluga lentils<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Fish:<\/em><br \/>\nMix orange juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl<br \/>\nAdd salmon filets and marinade for about 40 minutes<br \/>\nThen place the fish filets on a lightly greased baking tin and bake on 200 \u00b0C for about 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Cook beluga lentils as instructed on the package<\/p>\n<p><em>Orange-coconut sauce:<\/em><br \/>\nIn the meantime mix all ingredients (except of the soy sauce &#038; Worcestershire sauce) in a small saucepan<br \/>\nPlace on a medium heat and boil for about 1 minute<br \/>\nAdd soy sauce and Worstersauce<\/p>\n<p>Serve fish with lentils and sauce<br \/>\nDecorate with a slice of orange and herbs <\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Have a blonDISHious day,<br \/>\nSabrina xxx<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a previous recipe (Beluga Lentils Salad) I already &#8220;promoted&#8221; and praised beluga lentils.
